Hunter X Hunter Do Gon and Killua Meet Again After They Part
Watched Hunter x Hunter and now it holds my soul and my heart in its clutches. This weblog is to collect my fav things continued to Hunter 10 Hunter so I accept them all in one identify. Also to sometimes post my writing. Don't worry information technology'due south not too frequent. Occasionally The Dragon Prince content.
Bearding asked:
Why don't you believe Killua and Gon will reunite? Wouldn't that exist a scrap sloppy on Togashi's role? I guess I don't run across why he would separate them and just never show them interacting again given how much the series revolved effectually their bail then far.
At that place are then many things that become into why i recollect this XD
But I need to star with proverb that i'm an incorrigible pessimist and i tend to have very depression expectations of everything to mitigate disappointment.
As to more substantive reasons.
In general Gon and Killua achieved the goals they had stated under the stars on Whale Island. Gon plant his father, Killua found a reason to live, which is protecting Alluka. Their arcs finished by them achieving their goals. They parted on expert terms with no solid promise of reunion. Alluka says she'll give Killua back to Gon, but that's very upwards in the air.
True they seemed sad to office, but sadness is a typical feeling that accompanies change. Some part of life catastrophe, even if it ends well like in the case of Gon and Killua, always brings upon some melancholy.
Killua had stated that he needs to get out Gon, he had toyed with this idea several times. I think in that location were several reasons for this. And it was a complex feeling in him. On of the reasons is that while Gon is undoubtedly a good influence on Killua in many ways, he also brings out some bad tendencies in Killua the more cocky destructive ones coming from codependency.
Afterwards leaving his family Killua rebuilt himself totally around Gon, and simply after a long time e branched out to start a friendship on his own.
The other thing is that Killua must exist slowly coming to terms with the romantic aspect of his feelings for Gon. And that'south a hard matter in of itself. Killua has probably very skewed understanding of romantic dear, because what was presented to him equally such in his babyhood was his parents' relationship. And that relationship is a toxic dumpster burn down, extremely hierarchical where Silva openly disrespects Kikyo all the time. Nothing to look forward to, tbh. Killua slowly understanding that he is in honey with Gon might be very hard to process. Especially that for all nosotros know this dearest is ane-sided. I don't desire to be misunderstood here. From how I see canon, Gon cares deeply for Killua, simply I don't think at that place is anything at that place indicating information technology's a romantic kind of feeling. Of course we don't know Gon'southward heed the aforementioned way we know Killua's. Then I don't begrudge people seeing romantic dearest there. I want this love to be there, so when I write my aus I shamelessly put information technology there. But I think canon does non requite any solid evidence for it.
After Greed Island Gon wanted to introduce Killua to Ging, because at that moment in time Killua was the most important person in his life. Once they get to the World Tree, Gon doesn't float this idea once again. Yep, he has met Ging and Ging invited only him, and Gon must accept realised by then that Ging is a special kind of jackass. But before that Gon had always done what he felt is correct, what he desired the outcome to be. Imho he just does non desire this outcome anymore.
There is finality in their parting, the way I see it. And it also feels in line with how shonen frequently is. People achieve their goals and part. Either settle downwards or are hinted to start new adventures, separately. Gon settles down, Killua starts new adventures.
Gon's arc feels particularly terminal, because it plays into the dandy power great sacrifice trope, which sometimes happens in shonen. The super powerful character losing their ability in some concluding heroic act. And Gon's story undercuts this. His tremendous power and the loss of it are hardly a choice… i mean he does seem to cull, but he'southward so deeply traumatised at that point… calling it a choice feels a fleck disrespectful to the tragedy that goes on in his head. And in that location is little heroism in information technology too, simply sadness and desperation.
The murder gunkhole arc is prefaced with Kurapika'southward back story, and Kurapika becomes the main protagonist. In theory Kurapika is continued to Leorio… I might be wrong because I read the "post anime" chapters but in one case, only I don't think Kurapika and Leorio even see once in this arc. Past traditional logic of shonen and storytelling they should be in this storyline together, simply they aren't.
So even though there are the ideas of Gon's ancestors being connected to the dark continent and Nanika beingness connected to it also, the way Togashi spins his stories, there is no solid reason to believe that fifty-fifty if both Gon and Killua end up on the nighttime continent that they will meet.
And Togashi seems to actually be setting up Ging as his next protagonist. Kurapika may or may not survive the murder boat, simply Ging most probably will. And my prediction is that his pissing contest with Pariston will take the centre stage.
Simply this is only how I meet information technology, and many people come across it differently. And well Togashi does any he wants with his story… so if he ever finishes who knows. I just prefer to keep my expectations very very depression.
Sorry of this long answer, probably more than you bargained for XD

Ok let'southward starting time off with a unproblematic hc: how would the chief four have their partner on a appointment?
Gon
He'southward perfect at reading people and has very good instincts every bit to how people would behave. Then he'd plan a date by studying his trounce a bit and choosing something that person should enjoy. I think he'd go it right every fourth dimension. With Killua the engagement would exist either chocolate centred, or something to do with skateboarding. It might also exist skating or rollerskating together. Of form they'd keep many dates, so these are all ideas to use depending on the season and availability.
Killua
He wouldn't know where to start honestly. He'd stress out and recall he needs to get information technology perfect. He'd inquire Alluka, just when she tells him to relax and practise something simple he'd feel it'due south not plenty. He'd become big and information technology'd probably be a mess or even an epic disaster, at to the lowest degree the first fourth dimension. Gon'd love it anyhow.
Leorio
I recollect while Leorio has strong general principles when it comes the big and important stuff similar morality, or life, or skillful and evil, he can be easily influenced when it comes to the simpler and more than superficial stuff. He'd program a date at place that is currently considered hip. Be it a restaurant or guild or something else. Information technology'd exist hitting or miss with his engagement tbh, depends if the popular place would work for them. If the engagement is Cheadle she'd but make her preference articulate if the identify was not to her liking. Or she'd merely decide she'south in charge of date planning from now on*. If it was Melody, she'd gently advise some other places she might enjoy more.
Kurapika
Peeks dates? I mean that'd require for them to actually care about their life, open up emotionally and make fourth dimension for other people…
Okay, okay… I'm pitiful Peeks is an easy target XD Let's say they survive the murder gunkhole and ameliorate their full general life attitude. Or it'due south an au situation.
Their dates would be perfectionist and planned to the last detail. There would be a schedule… in a binder damn it. All colour coded. They'd study the art of dating for this, in classical literature and modern culture. It'd be a quintessence of a date… practically a platonic ideal… the result might end upward to be like Kurapika'due south cooking for Menchi… depends who the date is. If it'southward Oito she might be into information technology though, because she's used to a royal treatment. A more than regular person might just get exhausted, though. Kurapika might have a hard time getting what they did wrong. They'll just try harder next time… their dating life would exist difficult.
* they will go on dates you monster! you lot know who you are. I demand it as the Audition©. this is an opportunistic callout mail service!

Ok characters of your choosing proposing to their partner hc!
this one is super hard because i'm not a romantic person and i imagine proposing requires some romanticism..
i've actually written gon and killua proposing, true in au situations, but i think they would also piece of work in catechism. so this is a bit of a cop out, me using that. the proposals in the stories kind of came organically into the narrative, i didn't plan for them XD so yeah, extrapolating from that XD
Gon
proposes in a very meaningful mode, the whole result is not large or spectacular but it's very personal and all the choices he makes, the venue, the fourth dimension, the way he gets to popping the question and the ring are all very connected to his history with his significant other. it's intimate, a display of his beloved, his agreement of his partner and their share memories.
Killua
he's non practiced at expressing emotions, so he'll propose out of the blue, virtually probably instead of saying "i love yous". he's overwhelmed. he'll go a ring later, it'll probably be over the elevation to compensate for the stupid way he proposed. he'll second guess everything most the way this happened apart from the fact that he's absolutely sure he wants to spend the remainder of his life with this person.

Hi! I noticed that you lot shipped Alluka with Canary, and I idea it'southward such a cute ship and something I've never considered earlier. I was wondering what made yous ship them, and do you have any headcanons of them? If you're okay with answering this of grade. <3
Give thanks you for your sweet ask kind anon, and I'one thousand sorry in advance since this will be long, rambly and incoherent. Probably much more than you bargained for, simply I don't know how to exist curtailed ^^;
I'll start with saying that when I joined the fandom I was not besides fond of the fandom ships for Alluka and Canary, and I still dislike them. Because they seem very forced, especially the Alluka/Zushi transport.. they are shipped because they are the same or like age… fifty-fifty though they accept never met in catechism and we don't know if Killua fifty-fifty keeps in touch with Zushi. With the Amane/Canary information technology's slightly less forced more than lazy, I estimate? They have some scenes and dialogues together only I don't experience the chemistry so to speak… And I'grand not a fan of Amane's blueprint or personality so it has always felt very meh to me. I mean, if someone likes these ships information technology'south absurd, they are not abusive or creepy like some other in this fandom. They are simply not my cup of tea. So while I loved Alluka and Canary from the first, I didn't really ship them with anyone, they are both very young and become so little screen time, I didn't feel they needed ships… like not everyone needs to be paired up for goodness sake.
I started to send them when I was writing the first capacity of my regency fic. With that fic I wanted to make Canary a prominent character, because I'one thousand then in love with her design and her cursory appearances in the anime/manga. (I think she is the prettiest female character in HxH.) And so I made her my third protagonist in that fic to deal with all my feelings for her. Just I didn't programme any ships for her. I fifty-fifty idea: not every i's story needs to have romance in it. Yet some organically emerged from the scenes I wrote with Canary, because she'southward charming and playful, and because of her position and situation in that fic. One of them was with Alluka.
I really liked this send when it crystallised in my head and I started to include it in my other stories which are all AUs. I experience information technology could even work exterior my AUs, though. They share some characteristics, they are both kind and sweet, merely they can affirm themselves when they need to – Canary within the rigid structure of the Zoldyck household, - Alluka when Killua sends Nanika away. I hateful at that place is fiddling to know near them beside that, but I call back they could work well together. Canary seems more than independent so far in canon, but she is also older and has more understanding of the outside earth. Alluka needs to grow and larn a lot. Killua likewise chooses Canary to take intendance of Alluka, when he runs abroad with her, and so he thinks Canary is someone who'd empathize Alluka and be receptive to her needs.
Just unfortunately due to the dynamics in the Zoldyck household at this indicate in the story it would a difficult relationship to develop in canon, unless some major changes in their situation happen.
Every bit to caput canons…
I have this feeling that Alluka is artistic, considering she was lone for such a long time, so she has many talents and she is very capable of entertaining herself and creating new things for herself. Canary feels more practical, clever and technically-oriented. So for my modern AU I have the head catechism that they build robots together. XD
In canon universe I call up they could bond over figuring out what normal life is and what they are comfortable with when it comes to living arrangements and relationships with other people. Argh this feels vague.. And then I'll give you my very long winded reasoning ^^; I'm sad in accelerate if it makes no sense.
I feel Canary joined the Zoldyck household because she wanted prophylactic and structure in her life. She used to be a small child in Shooting star City, a lawless cluttered slum. She needed to survive in that location, probably alone, that's why she already knows some of the techniques of hiding her presence and deception before Killua shows her, because she needed to develop them to survive. So I retrieve even though the Zoldyck manor is not really safe… it seems safer than what she was used to. It's very organised, no chaos is allowed. And there are so many people cooperating, and anybody'south job seems to be called according to their skills so information technology seems safer. Particularly that it's like shooting fish in a barrel to past bearding in it, due to uniformity, you're not a alone target. And I remember it must take appealed to Canary when she joined. Only the Zoldyck household does not let for people caring for each other, and it'southward articulate Canary wants to care. And I feel the construction of the household is too rigid and uniform for her, that as she grows older something that was a plus for a scared kid is becoming more unbearable.
Alluka lived in isolation for then long, fifty-fifty before she was locked up for good, due to the Zoldyck lifestyle she had no chance for normal interactions with her peers.
So I think Canary, if she was taken out of the Zoldyck household context and accompanied Alluka exterior, would be a good outset friend for Alluka. They know the context of the Zoldyck household, merely they experienced it differently and could build on that. And I think they would both be very into trying new things, normal things, they could have many first fourth dimension experiences together. Information technology would be unlike for Alluka to share something new with someone who also finds information technology new. Killua has probably tried all that normal merely cool stuff, so he's always more of a guide than companion.
And if they were placed in this position romantic feelings could emerge naturally. I hc Canary as bi/pan, but Alluka more than as a lesbian, if bi so definitely swaying more towards westward|w… information technology may audio silly, but the Zoldyck family is so oppressively patriarchal … in my caput I kind of want her away from male influence.

Sweetness, tin you do a hc on how the adult trio would flirt/seduce a beat out? Thanks 🙏🏻
hmmmmmmm
Hisoka
my boy will not exist near the wooing or courtship. he'll be straight to the bespeak. he'll sneak into his crush'due south room and pose naked on the bed or something similar that. the crush may as well end up rolling their optics while proverb: shut the window while you go out. simply and then again if they are right for each other it'd get steamy existent fast.
Illumi
he will endeavor to evidence off how classy he is. and how rich. he'll by all near the fancy gifts and showing off his wealth. he'll wait the crush to acknowledge and come to him. if they don't then they weren't really worth his time. if he wasted too much fourth dimension and effort on them he'll kill them to save confront.
Chrollo
he will try to be witty and deep. he'll attempt being charming like he did with Neon. If the crush is into him it'll work well. If they aren't Shalnark will puppet them for Chrollo, to proceed the dominate' self esteem high. i remember Chollo pretends such small failures don't go to him but he gets moody and salty and is unbearable.

What are the things about HxH that aren't great? Aside from the decision to split up Gon and Killua and then take a ii yr suspension, which created a trauma well-nigh of fandom still hasn't recovered from :P
this might get long, i'll probably put in a read more at some signal.
i'll just make a disclaimer that everything about writing/art is subjective in the end, and all this reflects my tastes about writing. what i like and what works for me.
___
Togashi is praised for going against expectations of the readers. which in near cases i agree with. the resolution of the heaven'south arena, york new and chimera ant arcs are actually proficient considering something else happens than the audition expects. the kids don't get to the height of the arena to there encounter hisoka, whom gon beats because power ups. in that location is no large fight betwixt chrollo and kurapika, perhaps crashed by hisoka at the stop of york new. meruem is not defeated by gon. these are all actually good and clever moments in writing, and very satisfying.
but in case of Leorio it's disappointing. the commencement arc sets up Leorio as ane of the master characters, one of the gang. and he's there in the zoldyck arc, then there is a promise he'll be dorsum in the york new arc. just the beginning hint that he won't be there really, comes dorsum in the heaven's arena arc. nosotros follow Gon and Killua, and that feels ok, but we also get glimpses of Kurapika. no Leorio. and when Leorio rejoins them in York New he does hardly annihilation, Melody, a new characters feels to be of equal importance equally he is to that plot. and so he disappears again until the election arc. Kurapika disappears too, simply they take had their own arc by this bespeak, Leorio hasn't. people joke when in merch the "primary four" are Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Hisoka or recently Chrollo instead of Hisoka… it'due south frustrating, simply past popularity i suspect that both Chrollo and Hisoka beat out Leorio in the polls. this is the thing, by now both Hisoka and Chrollo got to play more flashy and prominent roles in the story than Leorio by the sheer amount of their page time. it'south a numbers game to some extent. there is still an expectation in my mind that Leorio will play a major part, that he'll go his own arc… but there is no hope for that in me. that's one of the reasons the writing doesn't feel good, doesn't feel satisfying. in the cases in listed in in the previous paragraph the expectations do go fulfilled in the finish… i mean they are non fulfilled in the most cliche way the one that jumps to listen starting time based on the tons of other shonen anime and popculture tropes, but there is fulfillment, in that location is satisfaction.
___
another affair togashi does is he bloats upwardly the cast. i go the instinct, i really really do. i once wrote virtually my weird need for realism in fiction. i won't repeat it hither, considering it's specific to me and may be fifty-fifty a adhd thing, but i suspect that the bloating up of the cast might come from a similar place. what i hateful is that in life many situations have many moving parts. few are articulate cutting. people form factions based on shared interest, sometimes they bladder betwixt the factions, sometimes they are in a faction but are doing their ain matter more or less on the down low. it's all true almost real life and i remember Togashi is trying to reflect that in his writing.
but for me information technology feels like the story starts drifting into many different directions, information technology loses focus. the york new arc was the starting time indication of this, nosotros take kurapika who's in the nostrade faction but actually on their own pushing their own agenda, in the aforementioned faction we become a small-scale aside for Squalla who has his goals. then there are the spiders, which Hisoka as the chaos amanuensis, and non all spiders agreeing on the course of action. the separately we have Gon and Killua doing their own matter but as well mixed up in Kurapika's thing. and then there is the mafia and the zoldycks.
considering the completely new but prominent characters hither are simply the spiders information technology still works. they are closely tied to Kurapika and Hisoka, two established characters, and they are central to Kurapika'southward personal journeying. Tune, an of import new character is established through her link to Kurapika. the residual of the new characters are canon provender, their back stories are not really explored. this is however contained, the story is tight plenty.
in the ca arc this goes off the rails. all the ants are new characters and have no connection to whatever other pre established characters. Kite had been introduced earlier, just his crew are a agglomeration of new characters, happily they are not too of import, just one i think gets a backstory. with the ants almost all of them become a backstory. and so we get all new hunters who also aren't connected to earlier established characters. i mean they appear with netero, only information technology'due south very brief they all get established on their own equally a completely new crew. and it all serves to dilute the arc. i know all these backstories are at that place to add together to the themes. only i experience i dilutes them in the end. the ca arc withal have very hard hitting moments and is a net positive thanks to them, just it besides drags at times.
in the latest arc this outcome is just on steroids. and it's difficult to tell if the payoff will be every bit proficient and hard hit as the ones in the ca arc. it's difficult to approximate it before information technology ends, before information technology all comes together. just for me if i need a chart to track a story i'one thousand reading and non writing at that place is something not nifty about information technology. at this signal in the new arc it's difficult to tell who will finish up existence important and who won't. this was too already a problem in the ca arc, while it wasn't in york new.
the scope of the story sacrifices what Togashi is really proficient at, ie the emotional stuff. Virtually shonen is very flat and past the trope on the emotional evolution of the characters only hxh really does information technology well. just the overblown cast tends to spread this thin.
___
female person characters… i mean this has been said before by several other people in the fandom. i'm not going to repeat it all. and i know this is shonen so my expectations should be low in this regard. but the fact that this shonen genre staple is followed past Togashi is sad, and it is an result with writing.
the female characters are all in the background, many of them are really tropey. the new arc brings a bit hope into information technology, becasue there are some female person characters who seem to have their own motivations and story arcs, we'll see.
___
the power creep. this is a complaint i accept for the more recent developments in the manga. i think upward to the elections arc the ability level of characters felt consistent and contained. it didn't get to crazy and boring places - overpowered charas are boring 9 out 10 time imho.
the ants were a fleck overpowered but they weren't human, their power level was explained by their magical monster status.
merely at present we had the Chrollo vs Hisoka fight… in york new Chrollo's nen powers were established as very impressive and dangerous, but there was a limit on them. he had to keep the volume open. the fight with the bookmark and other stuff gave him a workaround… at one point i recall he was using 4 hatsu at once? (not sure if i remember that correctly).
so Hisoka dies and is brought back? why? i like Hisoka, don't get me incorrect, from the Hisoka/Illumi/Chrollo trio i find Hisoka to be the almost entertaining. him dying before the other two would be sad for me… but he did die, and well shocking and sad, simply he gets brought back past bs… now Hisoka is likewise overpowered to hell.
and and so we have prince Tzdxfbnxmghxnfzd (he's gross, i'm not checking his name, sue me) with his super power level and his super learning and his super hatsu that works in zetsu (if i understood information technology correctly, and god getting through all this nen stuff is a job, considering i'1000 here for the character development and not the super clever magics system)… i'm done i'm done.
Togashi really does bend over backwards and does other acrobatic writing gimmicks to proceed it all consistent with the theory of nen he laid out earlier, just it feels contrived and unnecessary and at this point i don't feel it will pay off. they however might, the arc is in progress, but my hopes once more are really really depression for this coming to a satisfying end.
___
setting up Ging as the adjacent main chara… why? just why? Ging will probably now become something akin to a "redemption arc" in which nosotros volition get to know him, and probably get to know his reasons for how he treated Gon the fashion he did. maybe he'll accost it direct, or more likely imho it'll be explained through his life and his goals. either mode i'm not hither for that. i don't care about that. the actually prissy decision to Gon'due south arc was that he meets Ging and Ging doesn't give a unmarried f/u/ck. And Gon besides, he meets his dad and gets virtually nada from it apart from i practiced advice on nen, only emotionally nothing. information technology puts Gon'south story into perspective for the reader and for Gon himself. it's amazing.
only this volition all be probably undercut considering we'll get to know Ging and his bs reasons and his bs ways. it'll dilute what already is in that location. (probably… this part is very speculative and me and my cynicism predicting future bs)
____
this is waaaay likewise long.
only 1 last matter.
the splitting up of Gon and Killua… i'one thousand not a fan of this, because this has been abandoned. in that location are very good reasons for them needing fourth dimension off apart from each other. they have deep feelings for each other, simply what has happened between them requires processing.
only this plot line has been abandoned for now. and then it feels like standard shonen fare. the characters team up for a thou mission, they go friends, the go through high and low together…. and then they split up upwardly to do their own matter, oftentimes to have families, most shonens i can remember rn cease like that. and maybe that makes sense, because all these friendships in other shonens revolve around the main grand goal, and these people become close simply it's a scrap of a closeness out of external and non internal need… in hxh Gon and Killua are friends because of very potent internal needs. Gon has this goal of coming together his dad, simply it'south not this type of save the world goal most shonen protags have. Killua is not a friend he makes to help him along the way. He doesn't need Killua to achieve his goal. His goal does not require a squad up. He would have got at that place eventually, Killua speeds this process upward, considering he'southward a bit more than streetwise than Gon, just even without Killua Gon would have got a primary to guide him, like Kurapika did and all the other graduates.
Mayhap Togashi will get back to this. Mayhap he'll give them a different catastrophe. I that doesn't feel like a bad shonen trope. Merely honestly … he'll probably surrender on hxh before that happens. because he's barely keeping it moving at this point. the murder boat arc is swollen to the extreme, and Togashi seems to have lost interest in these two characters.
Anonymous asked:
Ooo could u exercise more jealousy hc for the adult trio?
Hisoka
I doubt he ever gets jealous, considering he comes and goes as he pleases and does non care much what other people practice equally long as they show him the attention he craves when he shows up. Merely I kind of think he's not opposed to waiting. He'd be rather flexible, and so much so that no one would ever suspect him of any zipper. probably rightfully so.
Illumi
I remember he pictures his parents' marriage to be the ideal of a romantic relationship. With how Illumi's female parent seems devoted to his begetter and the family he'd look the same from his own partner. He would become jealous easily if he sees the the partner showing besides much attention to any, and besides much for Illumi would be not actually that much considerately speaking. He would take no qualms to impale the person trying to get his partner'south attention. He wouldn't exist in a higher place too needling his partner upward to make them more than obedient and focused on him.
Chrollo
He'd similar to continue the appearances of existence to a higher place such petty feelings like jealousy. Such a feeling would exist unbecoming of a leader. Jealousy would too point that someone is special for him, more than than the Troupe as a collective - this would be a particularly big problem for him if he chose a partner from among the Troupe though I feel he'd endeavor to avert that at all costs. He would endeavor to deal with the jealousy in secret only with full agression, probably directing his anger more than at the person stealing his partner'due south attending than the partner themself. With his partner he'd attempt to remain above it all and detached merely it wouldn't work. So he'd probably go passive aggressive with his partner, at least for a while, until he deals with the threat.
3. Are you more than the type to cut off your braid and wear an armour to save your princess or the type to give up your imperial privileges to run away with your beloved maid?
I retrieve the second type, I don't see myself as a fighter really, definitely to one in a physical fight, though I accept and would protect people precious to me.
_____
5. You're ship out to save your kingdom from a cruel male monarch. The journey will pb you lot through dangerous wood and unknown lands - what practice you pack in your rucksack? Which animals would you ask to assistance you on your journey?
I'd pack bread and water I could share with whatsoever witches or fairies on the way, so they would accept a good attitude towards me. A 2d pair of shoes because so much walking. And if I had something magical then something to brand me invisible, and then I could avoid dangerous creatures.
Every bit to animals I'd ask a bear and a crow. Bears are resourceful and take a good sense of smell, plus they are large and warm so good sleeping companions, and crows because they know things and they could tell me the way.
_____
7. They're all awful, but - in which castle would you lot rather be imprisoned? A castle filled with your loved ones in deathly sleep and surrounded by rose hedges - a drinking glass castle at the cease of the world, threatened by the brutal coldness of sun and moon who hunger for homo mankind - a castle with a beautiful garden where every path leads to the aforementioned clandestine chamber dripping in blood? Why?
The terminal one I retrieve, I'd just stay shut to the castle walls and go along away from the claret room. The two other castles are besides depressing. The commencement one is then lonely and filled with helplessness. The second one offers no privacy.
_____
2. You lot know the Faerie Queen is holding her ball at dawn. What dress do y'all wearable to seduce her? (Description or photograph)
this is literally the worst question you could take asked me, I went into my fashion folder, and it'southward a huge donkey folder, it took a while to even narrow downward my picks.
1.
this one feels similar a bit of a condom option because it goes into the fairy aesthetic, simply this is too a trap i call up, considering it'd just blend into the oversupply.
ii.
this 1 is better even though it still stays close to the fairy artful.
3.
this one is very splendid but also cherry, would fairies react well to carmine?
4.
this one is an instant talk of the ball i call up, information technology'due south leap to make an entrance, but information technology's also and then see-through. it could exist too obvious, too revealing for proper seduction.
five.
this i is light and dreamy, and doesn't go besides far with the sheerness and it'due south too short. all those above are very long and i don't experience as well well in long dresses, but is it splendid enough and remarkable enough for a brawl.
half-dozen.
this ane is spectacular just as well feels pretty fairy aesthetic, would it stand out plenty to catch the queen'due south eye?
vii.
so after overthinking information technology for far too long as you tin see, i think i'd go with this one. this one is a run a risk but i remember it's worth taking. it's short do comfy for me but the cape and the golden gives the feel of splendor. it has floral elements so a nod to the host merely information technology's non classic fairy aesthetic. in that location is something regal nearly its construction, it exudes power and confidence.
three. What are you doing with your time at present that y'all're home?
working from home, walking my dog, so the residue of the days pass and i'grand honestly not certain on what.

6. When was the last time you stepped outside, and what for?
5h agone i went for a walk with my canis familiaris. the canis familiaris is really a blessing in this state of affairs, cat owners don't take the excuse XD funnily enough my step average is about 7k a 24-hour interval, and so pretty loftier and it's all due to the dog. When i worked unremarkably an above 10k average was like shooting fish in a barrel to maintain.

8. What's a goal you hope to achieve while existence quarantined?
not losing my mind and not going broke more often than not. and a very lofty goal is writing more and coding again, but my brain inappreciably cooperates with the former and non at all with the latter.

I think it shows you're sensitive to fluff and feel the specific need to warn for it :p
lol, i love this explanation, from now on i'll try to add everywhere not simply a 'fluff' tag only also a 'fluff warning' tag. thank you <iii

long tangent ahead
the truth is that i find such tags as fluff, angst, hurting and comfort, and some others very elusive. i use them after my friends who read my stuff before i mail service it tell me it's there. i'd never use any of these tags myself unless someone told me information technology applies because i don't feel like an authentic judge of these things.
then apparently i write fluff pretty regularly, but it's not deliberate, it'due south merely apparently something that i come up with.
which is strange because all these tags i listed in a higher place are aesthetic tags not exactly plot related tags. that's probably why i don't experience them well. i'yard not opposed to art as aesthetics primarily or simply fifty-fifty. art is very diverse and not all art needs to exist created with deeper themes and reasons in identify. but my personal preference in writing is the narrative, the plot, the grapheme development. aestheticism in writing rarely excites me, and definitely not if it's just for its ain sake. i do savor it in visual art, though. aka my tastes are internally inconsistent and hypocritical towards writing… i'm a writing bigot … 😱 the truth is now out in that location
so to slightly connect the tangent to the ask, i feel my discomfort or displeasure with the fluff tag is that information technology feeds into my fear that in that location isn't plenty plot in my writing. that the story is not there. that cipher is happening, and and then on
