Black Desert Online 2 Step Verification New Phone
As you may know, we always recommend using the PC registration service, regularly changing your password, and setting up an OTP in order to keep your valuable Black Desert account and personal information safe.
In addition, we will continue to offer security campaigns such as introducing web OTP to further enhance account security.
So, please join us in our security campaign for a safer 2021 of gameplay.

Event Details
① Please join the security campaign below for a safer Black Desert account.
Safer Together Campaign
[ #1. Change Your Password ] ( Required )
① Change your Black Desert account password by following the steps below.
- Black Desert Website > My Page > Security Center > Change Password
② Make sure your new password is different from the password you used previously.
- Must include an uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, and be 10-16 characters in length.
[ #2. PC Registration Setting ]
① The PC registration setting allows you to register up to 5 PCs that can access your Black Desert account.
② Register your PCs that you play Black Desert on by following the steps below.
- Black Desert Website > My Page > Security Center > PC Registration Setting
[ #3 . OTP Setting ]
① OTP is a one-time password that can help you keep your account safer.
② Set up an OTP by following the steps below.
- Black Desert Website > My Page > Security Center > OTP Setting
③ Begin your OTP set up.
(1) From the OTP setting page, click the [Register OTP] button and verify your identity.
(2) Once you've viewed the process and read the precautions related to the service, click [Register OTP].
(3) Install an OTP verification application (e.g. Google Authenticator) on your smartphone.
(4) Launch the installed application (e.g. Google Authenticator) and press the [+] button at the top of the application to register your OTP with "Barcode Scan" or "Enter Directly."
(5) Enter the OTP code from the authenticator application.
② Adventurers whochange their password during the event period will receive the reward below.
